Description of event: Speed Resume Review and Networking
We understand the journey back to civilian life can be difficult. Networking, which is extremely valuable and can lead to many new opportunities may even be harder for some. This is why Chicago Veterans has created an Employment and Transitional Readiness Day to make meeting new friends, connections, and mentors easier.
You will have an opportunity to sit with an employer and review/revise your resume and receive real-time feedback. Time slots will be 30 minutes long and allow all you to ask questions and help guild you on the right path.
Please note, you will receive an email with a link to join the meeting with an employer within 48 hours of the event.
All participants will also receive a FREE professional briefcase. Briefcases will be available for pickup at our VetHub location starting the day after the event. Be sure to call us to schedule a pickup.
